You may be eligible for a refund if you experience persistent technical issues that our support team is unable to resolve, or if you are dissatisfied with the service within the first 7 days of your subscription. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including promotional or discounted subscriptions, add-on services that have already been consumed, and accounts that have been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service. Partial month subscriptions are also non-refundable.
